Agreement to image/sound recordings of the person and lecture presentation

Thank you for your participation as a speaker at THE STAGE

(27-29/01/2024) as part of our trade fairs Neonyt Düsseldorf and FASHN ROOMS.

As part of the named event, including for event preparation, we will make photo, sound and film recordings (“recordings”) of you or your presentation as well as any (submitted) presentation materials (e.g. texts, photos, animations, sound files, company logos and other identifiers). The Recordings will be used for the named event, i.e. for editorial reporting as well as for commercial and non-commercial marketing and advertising purposes, for an unlimited period of time and at an agreed location.

• Digitally recorded and stored;
• Reproduced, distributed, broadcast and/or made publicly accessible to a wider audience during and after the event;
• Made available in whole or in part in preparation for, during and/or after the event in all trade fair media (download area for journalists);
• Distributed in whole or in part in preparation for, during and/or after the event on social media such as Twitter, Instagram, YouTube as well as in apps and newsletters by the organizer;
• Printed and distributed in print, e.g. national and international consumer, trade and daily press, post-event mailings;
• Edited, translated, dubbed and subtitled in all languages, used and distributed;
  Mentioned together with your name and position;
• Transmitted to companies affiliated with Igedo Exhibitions within the meaning of Section 15 AktG and contractually associated service providers (e.g. advertising agencies) for editorial reporting and for marketing and advertising purposes for the event and Messe Frankfurt;
• Stored digitally for archiving

With your approval, you assure that the lecture presentation is free of third-party rights and/or personal rights of any kind. Otherwise, you warrant that you are entitled to the types of use and exploitation specified by the rights holder. If you submit presentation materials, you warrant that only software programs that comply with the license terms were used for the presentation materials, which were transmitted via data carriers (USB stick, CD-ROM) or online. For all audio and video productions, you are obliged to duly register with GEMA. Should you become aware of any impairments that conflict with the aforementioned types of use and exploitation, you will inform Igedo Exhibitions GmbH & Co. KG immediately and indemnify Igedo Exhibitions GmbH & Co. KG from all claims by third parties due to infringements of industrial property rights and/or personal rights which are raised in this connection. Rights are granted without remuneration.

I can revoke this declaration of authorization in writing at any time. The revocation applies to all future use and exploitation, but not to that which has already taken place. If I am shown in a photograph together with other persons, the revocation does not result in the photograph having to be removed. The recording of my person should be made unrecognizable within three weeks; the recording can also be replaced by another one. In the case of films, the revocation will be taken into account within a reasonable period of time. Any desired removal of a recording from the Internet can only take place to the extent that it is subject to the access possibilities of Igedo Exhibitions GmbH & Co. KG is subject to.
